authorized by the U.S. Embassy in Thailand to visit?

Two choices in Chiang Mai

Two choices in Bangkok.

As Yu and Dan pointed out.

You're gonna have a rough go with this process on your own if you don't do a little research. You might consider Siam Legal or one of the other lawyers on wireless road if you dont want to deal with it.

Done for 3 years or 10 years. Haven't decided yet.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

Are you trying to discourage me from doing the forms or did you flunk Tact 101? I am in the research stage and everyone has been encouraging, except you. Why do you think I was e3xcited to discover VisaJourney.com? I already found Siam Legal and the other rip-off agencies and, not being rich, felt I could do my homework and get the visa we want ourselves. Whether you see this as lazy or not doing my research is your problem. I prefer asking questions and even repeating some if I don't understand something. No one forces you to say anything to people you don't like. Have a nice day.

Don't be so touchy.
