I always thought our area was culturally and economically diverse and so it is. Oh, and if it matters, the area I am in is also considered a low crime area.

Well, it's misleading. You could have a high population of retirees that are wealthy but drive the median income down.

We have a large retirement subdivision across from ours. It would be interesting to see the stats without them. Actually, come to think of it.... I think there are one or two others in our zip as well.
