Median home value is 348K in my tract, median household income is 104K, and... here's the kicker... median household income is down 2% from 2000 to 2009 while median home values have gone up 66% in that same period of time. Maybe the correction isn't quite over.

25% White

13% Black

61% Hispanic

0% Asian... but one Filipina will be added soon

And it's quite the neighborhood....40% under $30K, median income $43K. Median home value $95K. 18% with Bachelor's degree.

I would move, but my rent is super cheap.
