I have two I130s with priority date of June 29, 2010 that were transferred from CSC to TSC on Nov 3rd. I just talked a USCIS CSR and was told that they are processing June 16, 2010 right now. She told me to wait a couple of weeks and try again. Who knows how long it will take for them to actually get to my filing date....

Tried posting this yesterday and it posted 3x without body so apologies if this thread is showing up everywhere.

it is CSC

what is csc?? i talked to a customer service rep (CSR) and they told me that they couldn't do anything be/c they were working on June 16th 2010. They told me to call back in a couple weeks despite the fact that I'm at 5.5 months for both my petitions.

It is CSC working on June 16th (oficially). TSC doesnt have I-130 from June 16th (at least mass of them, might be couple or ten), only late June, July and Augast.

That should at least help some of those filers who are in the same situation know when they can start looking at a possible approval. I think all should give it 6 1/2 months before panicking by this information you discovered.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

When I started bugging tier 1 CSR, she told me the same thing about TSC,,, And this was before a month. So what I can tell is their world-best computer system is just frozen on the same date. Or it may be a hold on IR1/CR1 also. I bet if you call them after a week, you will hear the same info.

But the strange thing here is I never was told the 16 June thing by any of tier 2 workers.
