Correction of Applicants Name

Hi I'm new here. We received our DS3032 around 2nd week of November, along with my sibling. We send it back by last week of November. Attached is my letter correcting my first name (with my SECPA birth certificate and birth certificate from LCR because I still don't have my passport)and my desire to add my 2 kids as derivatives. According to my sister whom we choose as our agent, my kids was already added as my derivatives but my name haven't corrected yet. She already paid the AOS fee which is $88. She's planning now to pay for my IV fee to continue the process but were bit confuse with the correction of my name. Anybody who were on my feet before? Please I really need help. My friend, said that its ok to pay now because I'll be soon sending my civil documents then they will see the correct spelling of my name.

Should be better to notify them regarding the error of your name before it goes in their system.Yes,you can continue submitting any for the process, shortly they will acknowledge your notification.don't worry...

Hello! Just received a letter from NVC stating that they were unable to change the correct spelling of my name without the copy of my valid

passport containing my current name. So, I will be sending my passport this February because I still don't have my passport. But also, my records have

been updated and they have added my 2 kids as derivatives. It was also stated that AOS fee have been paid online so I have to download a copy of some forms they stated in their letter and submit it in order to complete my immigrant visa processing.
