Sorry my last post empty..wonder why..??

Well HI everyone just wanna ask something about tax return if i need to send the last 3 yrs tax return for my beneficiary interview or just the latest 2009..coz i read a lot of post saying 3 yrs and some just the latest..a little confused. Her interview might be on january so what year should i sent to her ..should i need to send 2010 also which is not available yet? Pls any respond will greatly appreciated..Thanks :yes:

2/29/2020 Filed online I-130 form and payment  

3/2/2020 Check Cleared 

3/10/2020 NOA1 Under Review and processing 

5/04/2020 Notice of approval  

5/18/2020 AOS Filling fees and IV Filling fee check cleared 

12/9/2020 Email from NVC received all fees form document that required prior to attending interview  

05/24/2021 Received mail interview schedule June 24, 2021 @10:30 am (Cancelled) due to a long quarantine decided to cancelled

11/22/2021 Case Transfer from HK US Consulate to US Embassy Manila

05/02/2022 St Luke Medical appointment

05/23/2022 Sputum test wait 2 months to released result

07/22/2022 Sputum test passed same day Immunization

07/27/2022 Interview US Embassy Manila (Refused ask Embassy request DNA test)

08/31/2022 DNA test Kit Paid (Universal Genetics)

9/13/ 2022  Embassy took the sample both me after 3 days result was 99.9999 % Positive :)

9/29/2022    Passport with visa 

10/2/2022    CFO registered online only  

10/2/2022  Paid 220 for green card

10/19/2022 Flight to USA 

10/20/2022 Arrived in Alaska USA

the most resent year,if you are going to the interview then yes 2009, you diden't file your 2010 yet,its a good idea to get three years tax transcripts for the feture,along the line your going to need them,keep this number handy 1-800-829-1040..

The last three years tax transcripts are free from the IRS. They wont penalize you for sending 3 years, even if they only need one. No need stressing over it, send all three. :)

The last three years tax transcripts are free from the IRS. They wont penalize you for sending 3 years, even if they only need one. No need stressing over it, send all three. :)

Thanks George! and for the others that replies I appreciate your advice guys!I got only 2007 and 2009 I misplaced the 2008 so i asked if I could only send 2009 to her to bring for her interview in HOng Kong US Consulate.I am sure her interview schedule will coming very soon.

Just call the 1-800-829-1040 number. It's an automated process and you can request transcripts from multiple years. I called and requested for years 2007-2009. It took less than 5 minutes.

According to the I-864 form, which everything is based off of, only the most recent tax return or transcript is required. It does say though, that if you think it will help your case, you may submit the past three.

If you have the latest tax return you filed and you meet the 125% requirements you will be fine. If you have it, but it does not show sufficient income, and you have the other two tax returns and current income that shows good income, that will help your case.

Also it is not necessarily true that you will need three along the line somewhere as someone posted. The I864 is THE official form and it says the most recent is required.

9/9/10: I-129F Sent

9/15/10: Received NOA1 via text/email from USCIS

9/16/10: Received NOA1 in mail (dated 9/13/10)

9/20/10: Touched!

10/03/10: Touched to the dusty shelves!

2/28/11: NOA2 finally

3/04/11: Arrived at NVC

3/08/11: Left NVC and arrived at CDJ consulate

4/04/11: Packet 3 sent

4/13/11: Packet 3 received!

4/18/11: Medical Exam

4/19/11: ASC

4/20/11: Interview (Approved!)

4/29/11: K-1 Visa in hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4/30/11: Entered USA
