My wife just got her Canadian citizenship, when I filed for I-130, didn't seem anywhere proof of nationality was needed so I didn't attach copies of her passport, so not necessary to mail copy this time either, is that correct?

Also I filed for my daughter, who is just one year old and a born Canadian in conjunction with my wife, since my wife is not Canadian, her priority date is years off now, will my daughter get her green card together with my wife or will she get it much earlier? It doesn't make sense she got it earlier since she has to stay with mom any way.

if your an american citizen you have to file for CRBA in canada, your daughter wouldnt get a visa because you would declair her birth abroad and apply for her US passport.
