Does anyone know what time the embassy is open to take phone calls? I never get it right and I waist my calling card on the automated system. Also is it a bad idea to call them after I've sent them two emails? I don't want them to get mad at and delay my wife's process! God I dot know what to do?! The nvc expedited her case straight to the embassy. It's been 2 weeks and still no update! They keep saying they are waiting for her file to arrive. They received only the electronic file on the 3rd of this month. Nvc said they received everything on the 3rd.?? Anyone have some advice? I'd really appreciate it!!
