Taking forms Consulate

There are hundreds of papers needed to take to my interview. What do you put them in? It says no large purses or bags.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Interview is in Vancouver soon!

From what it sounds like from others is that you should have all papers in an organized folder or binder. Much like how you would organize a presentation to turn in. SOme have said they organize forms in a binder with page protectors, May be a little too much but I guess you can never be too prepared for whatever may come up.

Guess I should rephrase this. I get the keeping it neat. I'm curious what sort of binder or carrier did you put everything into? I don't want to 3 hole punch all the papers.

dont get tied up on what kinda of binder. Their your forms. as long as you dont not punch holes through words, signatures or answers to questions, you will be fine. If you are worried about hole punches, use page protectors that you can purchase at any office supply store.

Ken just use plastic sleeves and then take in a business envelope the large ones used for documents, that's what I did and carried it with me no probs.

I would say a mailing envelope would be fine, or a clear plastic folder (you can get heavy duty ones that snap shut). If totally paranoid, you can always email the Vancouver Consulate. They are quick to respond.

They'll let in accordion folders, and that solves the problem of needing to hole punch anything. Everything will be super organized. That's what I plan to use.
