What to put in the I-129F question #18 column?

I am going to attach another sheet for the question #18 on how my SO and I met, but I was wondering what should I put in the blank column... maybe something like: "See attached sheet" or something?

I think I wrote "see supplement" then labelled the supplement with the form and question number.

I wrote one sentence: We met at a restaurant in Germany on August 30, 2005 while I was there on vacation with a friend.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final
