I am thinking about having my case transferred to Montreal from Dublin, because Dublin is nowhere near to processing visas, even for emergencies. We were approved for I-130 & USCIS expedites because of the death of my father in law. I am currently at the NVC. Is it worth me trying to expedite and get to Montreal instead of Dublin, which wont be opening until at least May? Or are Montreal mean with their expedites? Let me know what you think.

Montreal is very strict about expedites so I wouldn’t count on it. Even applicants/beneficiaries who are sick have trouble getting expedited.
