My DS 230 IV package has been accepted. Mail for RFE from a stupid AOS mistake was scanned in 12/13. Assuming the RFE is good to go, when do you predict I can get a SIF or Case close by.

My prediction, 5 working days for RFE process that would take it to 12/20. And then case close process will take another 6 working days. I could get a SIF by 12/30 (thanks to Christmas). Interview in February. ???

You could get a CC the day after SIF and still get an interview towards the end of January...

USCIS-CSC I751

12/20/2012: USPS package mailed out

12/26/2012: NOA1

06/14/2013: RFE letter received

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?

I'm right there with you. I just found out they sent an RFE 12/14 over nonsense. :wacko:

PUT IN AP!!!!!!

THIRD INTERVIEW: 2012-07-17

We were denied based on overstay, not misdemeanor conviction.

WE CAN FINALLY SUBMIT I-601 WAIVER!!

I am also there they recvd and entered into their system on 9th of December...recvd a mail about RFE which was a lie and panicked but I hope everything is well and I hope I get CC and SIF in the coming week.
