Hi All,

Just wondering how people are putting their evidence documents together for I 751. I am thinking to just put all the papers in a binder with dividers in between each section. For example, section 1: car insurance section 2: tax returns, section 3: health insurance, etc. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated.

They prefer two hole punched and fastened at the top with tabs at the bottom. You want the cover letter if you make one on top, followed by the I-751, required documentation and then the supporting evidence. I would say no matter how you do it make sure the required stuff is easy to locate and the whole thing won't fly a part if dropped.

The young girl that interviewed me was impressed with my husbands job he did at organizing. he took the check sheet and put letters by each thing required. He then got manilla envelopes (letter size ones) and put alpha letters on those to correspond with the chekc sheet. so when she asked do you have your (for ex) passport he looked at the sheet and that told him it was in envelope "g" for ex and he handed her everything as she asked for it. Hope this helps.
