Question of Electronic Processing Form DS-230

IV FEE PAID ONLINE AND PRINT BARCODE COVERPAGE.

I just send a e-mail for my parent's DS-230 and following documents:

-BARCODE COVERPAGE

-Birth Certificate

-Marriage Certificate

-Police Certificate

- 2 Photographs

- my marriage certificate

-my birth certificate

I think I had miss my parents photocopy of valid passport biographic data page to NVC

question is my parents in China, AS I know they need some NVC letter to apply a passport, but now I didn't get any e-mail that saying, they need to apply passport for the immigrant visa application provessing.

I need anyone who doing the electronic processing help, please!!

They should be able to apply for a passport well before applying for visa.

Thank you so much for your reply!! I just call NVC,she told me to send everything without copy of passport, then they will e-mail back for the requirement. I hope this is right.
