I got so happy that my case got approved, however there is no records at the NVC office of my case even though they told me to contact them (NVC) in 15 days. Did so and now they tell me I have to scan the hard copy of NOA2 and email it to them nvcresearch@state.gov. Already did, but I was wondering, how fast do they track your case, and has this happened before in the past, or is it because my case got transferred from CSC office to TSC??? Please help, I am getting worried more now then when I was waiting for my NOA2, at least the wait was known to be up to 5 months at least, however this sounds kind of suspicious!!! Please any insight about this problem will be great. Thank you in advance

That doesn't seem right. Did they specifically tell you not to call for another 90 days? IMO you should keep on top of it by first calling NVC to see if they received your email. Then I would follow up with them at least once a week. Good luck!

All they said was, "Sir you have to wait up to 90 days since th day of the approval" That being said it falls on february 26th :(, then I asked him, why would it take so long when I got the hard copy of the NOA2 stating I got approved, and his answer was, well it (the case) goes to multiple directories, so they have to come back to USCIS before it forwards it to NVC, like seriously why waste my time saying I got approved then :(...I appologize I am just furious at this point...

There is a time frame between agencies and your documents

are transferred after approval. There may be 90 days in

which they have the right to send the paperwork to NVC.

Remember it the holidays and also they are doing many AOS

around the country right now so it maybe taking longer than

usual. By the last week of december you maybe will be notified

if not surely after the first of the year.

Just have PATIENTS and all will work out.

Good Luck

:) Happy Holidays Anyway.....

No need to apologize..it must be so frustrating for you. NVC is just giving you a standard reply, it is not specific to your case. Keep calling them as often as you like but keep in mind the upcoming holidays may slow things down a bit. Good luck!

Thnx, there is nothing much i can do at this point. However, I am curious, has it ever taken the full 90 days to get a positive answer :S. Thank you for your answers!!!

Thnx Rovi, and I do get that part, but did you get assigned a NVC #, and a IIN, if so, then thats what I am looking forward too. I got every other document sitting, ready to be sent out as soon as i get that NVC case number... But it is taking forever...

yes i have got the NVC# and the IIN long time ago since oct , as much as i know u should get those one too, two month after u get the acceptance letter , i would suggest u call because if u don't call they won't move a finger to do any work with your paper , i called them Dec 23.2010 and they told me that they need one more week to process my paper before they send it over to ALB and i have send the I-864 AND DS230 a month ago . so call them with the question if they have processed your case or if they have assigned u a CASE NUMBER . usually the people on the phone are very helpful and explain clearly in plain English .

Merry Xmas and happy new year :D
