I've been very bad about updating my information on here, but thought it was worth mentioning that I have my interview in Baltimore on Wednesday!!

I'll post my experience once it's done, and hopefully I'll be able to stop listening to that darn CD of questions in my car!!

16 July 2002 Met Dave in a bar in Surrey! Spent nearly 2 weeks together

Sept 2002 My first trip to US. Spent just over a week with Dave - 5 days in Ocean City

October 2002 - Flew over for long weekend!

December 2002 - Dave came over for Christmas - got to meet all the family

March 2003 - Dave came back for a week, despite the whole family thing! Must be love!

June 2003 - I go out to Maryland for 3 months, to see how it goes

August 17th 2003 - Dave proposed - It must be going OK!!!

August 23rd 2003 - I return home early due to Dave's work committment. Vow to start process for visa. No idea where to start!

October 2003 - finally figure out where to start - request K1 application papers

November 2003 - Dave receives papers, brings them to UK when he visits.

7 December 2003 - Acknowledgment of receipt from Vermont

19 December 2003 - Dave's back for another Christmas

13 February 2004 - I visit Dave for a week

3 March 2004 - I 129 approved!!!

15 March 2004 - Dave receives letter informing case is to be frwarded to London Embassy

19 March 2004 - Letter received from London Embassy to begin processing

April 2004 - another visit to Dave

17 May 2004 - Interview!!!

18 May 2004 - Visa received in Passport

14 August 2004 - Leave the UK and arrive in Maryland

23 August 2004 - Wedding Day

10 September 2004 - Apply for SSN at Suitland, MD

17 September 2004- SSN received - 1 week!

14 October 2004- applied for I 485, I-131, I-765

25 October 2004 - NOA received for all applications

29 October 2004 - NOA received - all apps transferred to Baltimore local office

9 November 2004 - Letter received from Baltimore with date for EAD interview

17 November 2004 - EAD interview - card received

17 December 2004 - Got my drivers license - and kept UK one!

1 February 2005 - Need emergency AP as have not yet received it. Went to Baltimore and made emergency walk in appointment. AP approved - will be here in 3 - 5 days

2 February 2005 - AP arrived

4 February 2005 - on plane back to UK

26 February 2005 - Flew back to Baltimore - used AP no problems - back home where I belong

25 March 2005 - Received appointment letter for fingerprints - anytime between 6 - 13 April, or any Wednesday until June5

30 March 2005 - Receieved AOS appointment - scheduled for April 26

12 April 2005 - Fingerprinting

26 April 2005 - AOS interview APPROVED!!!!

2 June 2005 - Welcome to The United States of America letter received - Green card should be received within 3 weeks

3 June 2005 - Green Card received

Good luck. Consider it a Immigration final final exam.

2004 - I129 filed & aproved

2/2005 - TN arrived in NJ

2006 - I751 Removal of conditional status- received 10YR GC

12/2/2010 - $680 cashed

12/08/2010 - NOA

03/02/2011 - Oath Ceremony @ 1:30p (IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!)

03/09/2011 - Oath Ceremony @ 1:30p...FINALLY A CITIZEN!!!
