So, I called NVC on Saturday to check on my case. The AVR system informed that they sent a package to me requesting missing or uncompleted document. I freaked out but I could not call them on Saturday. Today I called them and they told me that they need my wife's DS-230. As you can imagine, I am very relief. The reason I started this post but I want to let you guess know that the AVR system tend to not provide complete information. You should speak to live person instead. Apparently, NVC operators tend to know more about our cases than USCIS operators.
