Received my interview letter yesterday....still no updates online, or nothing about my EAD or AP.

great for the interview letter! Looks like you are the first among us. Time for me to start stalking the mailbox :). Especially since someone from my area, a late Nov filer, got theirs already

Hopefully after the snow storm that affected the region where the NBC is, is over and they resume work tomorrow, they will start sending us EAD's

Fingers crossed and time to start getting ready for the interview

Received my Biometrics appointment its on 03/04/2011.

2010-06-29: Priority Date/NOA1
2010-11-16: Touched.
2010-11-22: NOA2(APPROVED)
2010-12-02: Received NVC case # and replied back by email rgd. I am going for Adjustment of Status.


I-485 & I-765:

2010-12-15: Package Sent.
2010-12-20: NOA 1 for both.
2011-01-13: RFE(for status, and Finacial docs W2,1099,Tax returns)
2011-01-20: RFE replied with Upgrade I-485.
2011-02-07: Got Biometrics Appointment for 2011/03/04.
2011-03-04: Biometrics done.
2011-03-10: Email of EAD card in Production.
2011-03-11: Email of EAD Approval.
2011-03-16: Received EAD in mail.
2011-03-16: Email for Interview Scheduled April 18th.
2011-04-18: Interview is over and officer told us magic words "I will receive GC in 2-3 weeks."
2011-04-26: GC arrived in mail.

I-751:

2013-01-17: Package Sent.
2013-01-22: NOA 1.
2013-02-01: Biometrics Appointment Letter.
2013-02-21: Biometrics complete.

2013-07-02: Approved(got email)

Just got a text sending me to the website to check my status.

Interview date scheduled for March 24th!!! Yeah! 1month and 2 weeks from today!

Grateful but wondering if the EAD is coming anytime soon!

Got a text and email this morning for my wife:

On February 9, 2011, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for March 17, 2011, at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER.

Yay! Any idea why its NBC and not CSC or something?

10/2009 - E2 Visa delivered by the US Embassy in Paris.

12/2009 - Relocation in Big Apple :)

06/2010 - Mariage in France.

11/2010 - Assembly of package (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131).

11/22/10 - package sent to Chicago (FedEx/Overnight.

11/23/10 - Package delivered to USCIS at 10:18 am.

12/08/10 - Received Rejection Notice of the package for incorrect fees.

12/09/10 - Corrected package sent again to Chicago (Fedex Overnight).

12/10/10 - Package delivered to USCIS at 10:08 am.

12/14/10 - Received emails/texts notifications of acceptance from USCIS.

12/20/10 - NOA1 received for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131(hard copies).

01/03/11 - Appointment Notice received - Biometrics appointment set for the 01/25.

01/25/11 - Biometrics done.

02/16/11 - Received Email: EAD in production, Post decision/Approval for AP.

02/26/11 - Received EAD/AP Card

03/28/11 - Interview notification received by email. Interview set for the 05/03.

Cool! I guess the ball is rolling!!!!

NBC is simply the national benefit center. The appt is at the local office, but the letter issued from the NBC.

Je crois que la pression augmente quand on voit les autres avec des "updates" donc pendant un bout j'avais decide de ne plus visiter le forum et d'essayer de m'occuper a d'autres fins jusqu'a ce que je recoive un signe de USCIS

Got emails today saying that my EAD and AP were approved! Is it normal that nothing has been updated about the I-130 ont he website? (But everything else has?)

i received AP. EAD is under production. and I received approval letter for I-130. The website still says I-130 is under intial review. nothing change since dec. 3rd.

Sounds like things are moving for many of you...Great.

quick question: Do you know what is the process after the biometrics? I mean is it the local office you take over the files (in my case NYC) or are they sending the result back to Chicago and the local office come in the picture only for the interview stage?

I just trying to understand the difference of timeline between the different filers here :)
