NOPE, you send it to Texas. Please read the I-129F instructions the address is right in them clearly.

If I am from NY State, do I send my I-129F form and other documents to Vermont? If yes, is their address actually 75 Lower Welden Street Saint Albans, VT 05479?

I just have to ask others for confirmations, I'm so worried I will do something wrong!

Andres

EVeryone sends the documents to Texas.

Thank you, I thought that was the case, I saw here http://www.***removed***/visas/kvisa/i-129f-k1-fiance-petition-cover-letter.html

the Vermont address. So I just wanted to double check. No harm in asking.

No harm in asking but plenty of potential harm in failing to read the instructions.

uscis service center p.o box 660151 dallas, texas 75266

Remove the words "service center". It's not part of the address and the address is not for a USCIS service center.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Oh, one more question, it has a different address for express mail / courier service. I happen to work for UPS, if I wanted to send my package Next Day Air via UPS I would then use the address at:

2501 South State Highway 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville, TX 75067 ?

Make sure you include "Attn: I-129F" in the address label.

USCIS

Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

Of course, thanks for the verification! :)

I used the exact same address that is shown above (...Suite 400...) with FedEx. FedEx warned me that it couldn't verify the address and that the package might not be deliverable.

I checked it several times, and tried changing Highway to Hwy, Business to Bus., etc. FedEx hated everything I typed.

So, I crossed my fingers and sent it. It was delivered with no problems.

Btw, with FedEx there wasn't enough room for the entire first line of the address. I used "2501 S. State Highway 121 Business".
