Another NVC RFE question/s

Do they usually send more than one email when you get a Checklist response letter? Just wondering because we got another one today, but was the exact same as first email, I'm thinking it's just automated to make sure we get it.

Also I was wondering that since they sent the checklist that means they've revieved everything else and wouldn't by chance send another RFE right? They would have already made sure nothing else was missing before issuing the checklist?

I still don't get why they want us to request the Netherlands police certificate as the way I read it they were suppose to send an email inquiry to the Consulate..?

can someone clarify the below in "red" for me because I read it as saying their suppose to request it not us? Husband is going to call the consulate tomarrow anyways though, I hope they don't give us the run around.

Available. Police records can only be requested for immigrant visa applicants by the United States

Consulate or Embassy where the applicant's case is being processed. Any certificate presented directly

by applicants cannot be accepted. To request a police record, the visa processing post should send an

email to the Consulate General in Amsterdam at ImmigrantVisasAMS@state.gov. The request must

include:

Applicant's full name(s) including aliases:

Date, city/town and country of birth;

Complete address of last residence in The Netherlands.

thanks in advance,

Hey there! Yeah, they sent us 3 checklists but it was all the same. Regarding the Police Certificate, contacting the US Embassy/Consulate seems like it would clarify things.
