hello i have asked a few questions regarding the i-134, i have a general idea of what i need, i just want to make sure i have it right. and im not sure exactly what all i have to do after i receive my noa1. and i have questions about the visit to juarez because i dont know what to expect.

i-134 questin

on question 10 i am under the understanding that i do list my fiance here, not sure what date i should use if i do list here, and question 11: i am to put N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence ). is this right?

once i receive the noa2 (that is if it gets accepted) what all am i to do? i know i have to compile this list:

1. A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one).

2. Send all originals of the documentary proof that you submitted for the I-129F to your fiance(e) for their interview at the embassy.

3. Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance(e) and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F).

4. I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required supporting evidence. Begin collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all.

5. You will likely need at a minimum (for the above form) two to three of your most recent pay stubs and a signed letter from your employer listing you job title, start date, your salary, and the status (full-time) of your position. Begin collecting these ASAP after your NOA2 arrives. You will also probably want to include other evidence such as your banking information and other assets as required by the I-134. Specifically you will need at least 2 of the 4 options mentioned in Section II-Supporting Evidence of the I-134. See this FAQ for more tips and ueful information on the Affidavit of Support Form.

6. A copy of the NOA2 that you received in the mail.

7. Proof of your ongoing relationship. This needs to be taken to the interview! Include photos, travel documents, emails, etc from between the time you filed and present (NOA1 date-now).

and for juares i need to fill out the Form DS-156, Form DS-156K and the Form DS-157. is there anything else i need? all this goes with me to juares for the inter view right? and all these forms are for me to fill out, besides the letter affirming our desire to marry each other, my fiance dose hers and i do mine. do i have this correct? is there anything else im missing?

also on juarez website (http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/root/pdfs/wwwfcdj4310.pdf) theres the list of vaccinations, besides the ones that are for kides, dose she need them all? and if she has not received on do they give it to her then or do we have make another appointment so that she can get it?

and on the juarez page (http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Mexico&cty=Juarez) it says i need to pay for the inter view ahead of time at banamex "Fee information - pay in advance at Banamex and take receipt to interview to prove payment" when am i to receive the bill for this to take to banamex?

also i only have 3 passport pictures of me and of my fiance, i see that im going to need more, is it a problem if we go get more passport pictures taken? being that there not the exact same ones i sent on the i-129f, and if i do get new passport pictures can i still use up the 3 each i have already then use the new ones, or should i just not use the ones i have now? and only use the ones im going to take?

in the inter view is it going to be in english or spanish? im mostly fluent in spanish, and my fiance is getting tutored in english.

what else do i have to expect on the trip to juarez? im just a little nerves and i just want to know im on the right track, forgive my ignorance i do read on the form and some times it makes me feel better when some tells me what im doing wrong so that i can fix it as soon as possible, i appreciate the help i know i have more questions but i cant think of them at the moment.
