Have there been any approvals yet of June, July, or August filers that were transferred from CSC to TSC??

Personal Info:

flew to Indonesia in Feb. 2010 for 2 weeks

back to Jakarta on June 15 to prepare for:

Marriage on July 4, 2010 in Semarang, Java

120 Indonesian relatives at garden restaurant reception

USCIS:

08/06/2010 *I-130 NOA1

11/03/2010 *CSC to TSC

01/25/2011 *I-130 NOA2

02/17/2011 *shipped to NVC

02/24/2011 *received by NVC, Case # generated

02/25/2011 *2 emails from NVC - DS3032 emailed to NVC and AOS bill paid

02/28/2011 *AOS cover sheet generated

03/02/2011 *sent AOS

03/03/2011 *IV bill generated and paid

03/12/2011 *IV packet sent

03/16/2011 *IV packet received by NVC

03/28/2011 *SIF

03/29/2011 *CC

04/12/2011 *Embassy Interview 05/04/2011 8am

05/04/2011 *Visa approved (< 5 min interview)

05/09/2011 *picked up Visa

05/14/2011 *POE Seattle

i haven't heard from them ever since they sent me the post decision status. . .probably same post decision u got. . DoS-TSC. . .i wish my case wasn't transferred now that I think of it. . .

Wedding Date : May 15, 2008

I130 sent : July 27, 2010

NOA1 Received : August 16, 2010

NOA2 Received : March 11, 2011 (207 days from NOA1)

NVC Journey :

NVC received : March 18, 2011

DS3032 emailed : March 30, 2011

AOS fee received : March 30, 2011

Visa : April 1, 2011

Paid AOS and Visa via Mail : April 4,2011

I864 sent : (by the petitioner) April 13, 2011 (overnight)

DS230 sent : (by me) April 11, 2011 NVC received April 13,2011

AOS RFE :(co-sponsor proof of citizenship) : April 23,2011

RFE sent : April 25, 2011 (overnight)

DS230 RFE : April 26, 2011

RFE sent : April 28, 2011 (via FedEx) NVC received May 2, 2011

SIF : May 13, 2011 (US time) May 14 (here in the Philippines)

Case Close : May 16, 2011

Medical at St. Lukes : May 17, 2011 1st Day

May 19, 2011 Immunization and got the CD xray :)

Interview : July 12, 2011 (6:30 am) yiipppeeeee

INTERVIEW RESULT : APPROVED!!!! :)

VISA ON HAND : July 15, 2011

POE : LAX

it wouldnt make any difference if its at CSC or TSC your doing the waiting game

until there are finished doing the other cases they chnaged to do back 30 days ago.

They put K-1, K-3, I-129 an CR-1 on hold until they catch up with other I claims

that were more important than these. This was discussed back in November why

there is a wait and back up at all Service Centers.

Good luck just have some pateints until your at 180 if not than contact and ask why

they have no obgligation to have to be done at 5 months. They have actually by law 180 days

but if they are not back logged than you could be done in less time.

If your in initial review than they are doing something. but there are thousands of filers

but only hundred of PROCESSORS. Have some patients and wait until your 180 days.

yah i guess you're right. . .just have to patiently. . .anyway, that's all we could do. . .1 more month till the 5th month period anyway. . .goodluck to everyone!
