- DS-156 - 2 copies

- DS-157 - 2 copies

- DS-156K - 1 copy

- birth certificate

- CENOMAR

- NBI clearance

- other country police certificate

EVIDENCE OF A GENUINE ENGAGEMENT

- phone bills

- letters

- emails

- chat logs

- engagement ring receipt

EVIDENCE OF A MEETING PRIOR TO THE PETITION

- plane tickets

- boarding passes

- passport stamps

- hotel reciepts

- photos

i have new letter of intent to marry but i just dont know where to put them should it be under of evidence of a genuine engagement? please help and advice.

when you did your interview did they keep your letters emails and photos or they gave them back to you after interview?

hi when you put your file togather, always make two sets in case one is lost, or you get a rfe you can see how you file every thing,and what was summited, thay keep all the papers but if you had documents like marriage certificate or birthcertificate or divorce orginals,you make copy at the inter view ask the io can you please give me back my docunemts back please give him the copies, as the orginals are a lot of money to get another, an a lot of runing around, good luck on your interview,
