I have SIF on OCT 31, 2010 but i have not recieved interview date assignment. Should I be worried? Consular is in Ethiopia, addis ababa. However they r busy, for me it is really long. I have friend whose lawyer made complaint after the interview date assignment took 3 months and half...Whome should i made complaint...the automatic message says ur case completed notin more

Hi friend, my case is same as yours except that my SIF is septmber 23,2010.I don`t know what to do, it is taking forever.I am missing not only my wife, but also my 1 year baby whome granted US citizen after DNA test conducted at US embassy,Addis Ababa.I have emailed the embassy about my sitaution ,but no response.

Find your members of Congress by your state and call your congress and ask if they can help you...

You have a US citizen baby so you still can ask your congress to help you too

05-17-2010 - I Received DHL mail from my Wife

05-24-2010 - Sent AOS and IV Package Overnight Express to NVC

05-25-2010 - AOS & IV Package arrived at NVC signed by N. Visa Center

06-04-2010 - AOS & IV Pack Received/Entered into AVR System

This wait is so agonizing...It s nearing our first anniversary. :crying:
