Provided neither of them were previously married...no. That's it. You do not need the foreign fiancee's birth certificate for the petition. It will hurt nothing to send it.

If you have multiple proof of anything, e.g. birth certificate AND passport to prove your son's US citizenship, it should all be sent. One of each proof is probably enough, but it is subjective such that an adjudicator can decide on a whim that one specific proof is not enough. So the more proof you have of each item, the more likely it is to be accepted.

As to the birth certificate, get a certified copy from your local dept of health services. While an ordinary photocopy should be enough, I heard of times where an adjudicator rejected it. I sent a certified copy with mine, which only cost me $25.00 and well worth the extra investment.

Thank you so much again.

You don't need a copy of both your birthcertificate and passport just one or the other to show citizenship.

Photos, emails, phone bills are not any kind of evidents of meeting in person and air tickets are not primary evidence of meeting in person. You can buy a ticket without using it. If by "air tickets" you mean boarding passes, OK. I would also include passport stamps indicating entry and exit from Malaysia.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

OP stated that the petitioner does not hold a US passport.

It's worth looking at the VJ guides to make sure you have everything you need. This is the K-1 visa guide.

When getting her passport photos, please note they need to be according to US guidelines.

Take a second to double check your forms are the latest versions on the USCIS website.

Make sure you're mailing it to the correct address.
