I have question and I hope you might be able to answer.

I have petitioned for a K1 visa my fiance. She left right away and married another person 44 days later. She did not over stay. I have reported her for visa fraud and agents have contacted me. Does she have any options to get back? I feel I might of gotten her into trouble but I did not intend to have her not be able to come back

She needs to leave the USA by the time her 90 days are up. She can apply for a spousal visa to get back into the USA with the new guy.

And what do you care if she's unable to come back. She abandoned you after you got her the k1 and married another man. Let that man worry about it.

She can apply for a CR-1 with her new husband. Whether or not their marriage will be believable as a bonafide marriage after what she did is at the discretion of the IO.

The husband is 40 soon and she is 22... Also they met while she was with me... kinda sad. I also got in contact with ICE and they called me and I provided proof (IM message) that she said the dude only helps her out... but is more then that... she provides services.

I believe you have done what you were supposed to do - notify ICE. Let her new husband worry about her status in the US - YOU no longer have anything to do with it unless you're called from ICE.

Sit back, relax and be thankful you weren't taken for a ride, not on hook for support or had VAWA claimed on you.
