This probably has been asked before. i tried searching it in VJ but i couldn't find the answers.

Currently we are at the NVC stage. just paid the AOS fee and waiting for the status to say PAID. My question is in regards to the MEDICAL EXAM AT ST. LUKE IN THE PHILIPPINES. are we getting a letter/email/document saying my husband can get his medical done? or can he just walk in? This is what i found online. It stated "When you go to SLMCEC for medical examination, you must bring your passport and one photo (size: 2” x 2”)." it doesn't say any other documents to bring.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE CLEAR THIS UP FOR ME. THANK YOU :thumbs:

Medical exams at SLEC are done on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no appointments.

thanks markieboy. so my husband can come in any time even without a letter from NVC or something? i remember reading months back this one girl went to st luke and the people at the window didn't let her take the medical because she was lacking the notice to get her medical...just a bit confuse on how it is now.

Oh oh oh! how about the interview? is NVC going to schedule that for us or can we schedule it online? who decides what route to take. ..

Our medical isn't done yet. But several members have stated that only a copy of NOA2 and letter/email with NVC case number is needed for the medical. I have yet to personally confirm this.

NVC usually schedules the appointment. However, expedited cases and those special "forwarded" cases usually have appointments scheduled either by USEM or by the applicant/petitioner. Is your case a special case? If so, you can proactively check and schedule your appointment via http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph

No appointment needed. I had my medical before i got my SIF, just need to bring ur passport, 3 pcs visa pictures and the Notice from NVC with ur NVC Case Number or NOA2 receipt (hubby emailed it to me and scanned then printed it out). Make sure u eat before u go there cuz foods not allowed to bring inside. U might want to bring a sweater or jacket also theres part in the building thats really cold.

11/15/2010............NVC received AOS package

11/16/2010............NVC received DS-230 package

11/25/2010 ........... early medical day 1

11/26/2010 ........... medical day 2 (passed)

11/29/2010............AOS entered at NVC's system, requesting for biographic info
