Hi All- My B1 visa was cancelled at POE for the reason I didnt have enough documents to proove my stay of 7 weeks and gave different client name during visa interview and at entry.

After my visa interview the visa was pending for 2 months. I got the visa for 10 years but due to delay, my manager asked to go for a new client after I got the visa.

But the immigration officer was not satisfied with this at poe. And he put clauses of misrepresentation and lack of documents. I didnt have any wrong intentions or did not represent any wrong document. It was only due to lack of full information (being first time traveller) and ignorance by my the company.

Would like to know what could I do to proove I am innocent............and what options I have now.

Plzzzzzzzzzzz give valuable advice.

If you ever plan to step foot inside the US, you should hire a competent attorney to fight the misrepresentation charge as it is a serious offence and carries a heavy ban.

One think you can consider is a timeline verified by your employer as to the client you were with, the change initiated by him, and when/why you were required to change clients. Get this notarized

What did you want to do for 7 weeks in the US - do you have a loved one there?
