Yes, call them, as soon as possible. If the A# is wrong on your AOS application it will not match your records for your K1 and may lead to problems down the road with removal of conditions, etc.

It may be nothing, but to me that's an important error, and anyway better safe than sorry. And the NOA1 does say to call immediately if any details are incorrect. Better to check it out than suffer a delay later!

Ok got emails with receipt numbers on the 22nd Dec, check was cashed the next day. They dont seem to be recognised on the USCIS system yet. Havent recieved the NOA's in the mail yet.

Any idea when the receipt numbers will appear on thei system?

Wooohooo! one step further. Got the NOAS for AOS/EAD/AP in the mail today.

Next Biometrics.

I will be able to go get my ID or drivng license (depends if I want to take test) as they accept I797 as proof or residency in VA.

What is the phone number I can talk to a REAL person about my NOA's. Damn automated system on 1 800 375 5283 keeps telling me Im not entering enough digits. It says I need to enter 10 digits, I enter 10 digits then it tells me I havent entered enough damn digits.

Hi all- I sent in my AOS package on December 16th, along with EAD and AP. Fed Ex confirmed December 17th delivery, but no more info from USCIS.....

You could try calling 1800 375 5283 to find out, but so far I have nothing but "fun" with their automated service.

After fighting with the automated phone system, I went and checked the mailbox and found my biometrics appointment.

Happy days.

I also got mine today! January 25th at 11am, although I'm going to attempt a walk-in to get things moving a bit faster

For future reference on the automated phone system - the only way I got through to someone was to pretend I didn't have my reference number. I think once you say you're enquiring about a case, you press 6 to say you don't have a reference (maybe!). After that I got straight through.

Got my biometrics today! Appointment for Jan 12 at Charleston WV office. Thought it would be Alexandria VA but apparently not!

January 26th in the Norfolk Va ASC. A three hour car journey and they dont accept walk ins. At least I got an appointment.

Good news folks! Got up at sparrows and drove over to the Orlando ASC this morning to attempt a walk-in...was in at 805am and out at 820am with biometrics all done much easier than I thought, I even seemed to go in front of people waiting which was a bit strange?!

Just one tip for ladies, if you have changed your name for your green card to your married name and it doesn't match your passport, take a copy of your marriage license with you. Makes life easier

When the bio appointment is set & you receive notice, can you just do an early walk in rather than wait for the actual day? Also does teh bio mean just for the green card or include the AP/EAD as well?

I have all the paperwork (NOAs) like yourself but I just dont appear on their website. Finally got through on the phone and they said it might never appear.
