Great to see so many people moving along in the process, we sent our applications for EAD, AP and AOS on December 6 of 2010. We were sent NOA 1 on the 16ht of December and haven't gotten anything since. It's been a long wait, I have called USCIS 2 times, a month ago we were told we should have our biometrics letter in 1 to 3 weeks, called this week again and service rep at the USCIS forwarded a request to our local office and gave me a referral number. Now we are to wait 30 days and call if we haven't recieved our biometrics letter. this is taking a lot longer than we thought. I'm wondering if anyone else seems to be waiting beyond the normal time frame? I guess this is more of rant than anything else. Thanks Gary

Its hard with all the waiting, esp when you see others with similar timelines getting approvals. I too waited for over 30 days before receiving my bio appointment think it came through the day after I called USCIS to ask where it was.

I guess the hold up is how busy the office is with their scheduling, once you actually get into their system go down as soon as you receive the notice & try for a walk in, anything to regain some of that time lost waiting.

I-751 Application - Nov 26, 2012.
NOA - Nov 27, 2012.
Bio Appointment Dec 31, 2012.

My EAD was approved! The card was ordered on February 17 :-)

Now I can get my social security... and renew my driver licency!

Anyone know the requirements to get the Social Security Number??? What do I have to bring with me at the office?

Good luck everyone... The waiting was killing me but now I can breath and I hope all we get our GC soon!

Yup congratulations on the approval! If you were transferred to the csc then yes its normal to not have an interview. There has been a couple of us with the same situation already.

I FEEL LIKE #######!!!!!!!!!!

I have been feeling like ####### since Saturday night. Chills, aches, pains, headache, fever etc.

My wife got me these huge red capsules multi-symptom Cold/Flu Relief. They work unbelievably well.

Is it me or is the medication stronger in the US?

Mind you the thing that would really make me better is my greencard in the mail today. :)

You can try. I doubt it would make any difference you have a job waiting tho.

Government moves at government speed with government ways of doing things. We mere mortals have to accept their messianic attitudes.

I really really hope you get your EAD ASAP.(Everything else as well).

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",
