Lets see. You where transfered to CSC on the 24th of Jan. Mine was transfered 4 days earlier. Hopefully if the work rate stays constant maybe by Tuesday next week?

Fingers, toes and whatever other appendages crossed for you.

Good luck with the interview.

I always ment to ask. How do people put their timelines at the bottom of all their posts.

I take it, there is a signature section and it is just updated manually.

Thanks, first interview in the US & I am wearing a suit for the first time to one, weird =)

I just added my timeline into the signature then anytime it changes I add to it. Go to your profile & edit, you'll find a signature part

Eeeeerrrrrrrr Ummmmmmmm Just found out by email my AOS was approved today the 16th.

Damn that was fast. I posted it on the 17th Dec. It was accepted the 23rd Dec (Along with EAD and AP).

Transfered to CSC on the 18th Jan. Arrived 24th Jan. Biometrics on the 26th Jan.

AOS approved 16th Feb.

My EAD and AP are not even on the USCIS web site system.

Im sort of in shock.

OK this is getting silly. One day after approving my AOS and the card is in production,I get another notification that my EAD is in production.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",

Just an FYI the RFE we received was due to the fact that we didn't translate her birth cert. from Spanish into English. At the K1 level it passes as is, but for AOS they caught it!

Well wasn't a terrible experience at the ssn office. But they told me since I changed my name it will take 4 weeks for additional background checks and a bunch of other bullshit. They hit me with the why didn't you apply when you got her and needless to say I got a little angry. I tried doing so 3 weeks after I got here. I told them the people in this damn office told me I could not do this. So now its my fault and now there might be an issue. It just makes me angry but there is nothing I can do. So fingers crossed it comes soon.

Man, this is incredible & weird for everyone. Got to love the utter randomness of USCIS no?

I can't wait to see what happens in the next coming weeks, I wonder how many of the Dec filers have been approved up to today & how many are still waiting?

I feel the uscis concept of date order is not the same as the rest of the worlds date order. The speed at which the CSC is processing transfered K1 AOS applicants is very fast at the moment. Have they locked 50 employees in a room and told them they wont see thier families or even the light of day until they process a never ending stream of AOS's.

Maybe its the end of days and it is hell on earth. The world is turned upside.......

Ok I need to get a grip.........

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",

OH YES!

whats odd is that I keep getting emails from the uscis, telling me my card is in production then post decision activity.

The blue dot keeps moving back and forward on their site. Probably just means there is activity.

I rang tier help line and they said there was no problem. Card will be here in the next 28 days or less.

I am more impatient now than when I was waiting for a decision.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",
