DECEMBER 2010 AOS Filers

Had to update my timeline as USCIS are showing Dec 22nd as my dates for EAD & AP (& I assume AOS too), which basically kills my hope to have anything by the end of this month.

This completely blows as I have my first interview for a job on Friday, so disheartening. Its looking like approx 28 days after bio taken that things happen which would put me into nearly middle of March.

Waiting sucks is all I can say, esp when we are struggling to make ends meet comfortably with me at home not working.

I-751 Application - Nov 26, 2012.
NOA - Nov 27, 2012.
Bio Appointment Dec 31, 2012.
New Appointment Jan 8, 2013.

I-751 Removal of Conditions - Approved May 28 2013

Green Card Production notice - June 13 2013

Green Card Received - June 20, 2013

Citizenship Application - January 17, 2023

Eeeeerrrrrrrr Ummmmmmmm Just found out by email my AOS was approved today the 16th.

Damn that was fast. I posted it on the 17th Dec. It was accepted the 23rd Dec (Along with EAD and AP).

Transfered to CSC on the 18th Jan. Arrived 24th Jan. Biometrics on the 26th Jan.

AOS approved 16th Feb.

My EAD and AP are not even on the USCIS web site system.

Im sort of in shock.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",

For some reason I was expecting to be approved after your when I looked at both our timelines.

Im beginning to think that it is the uscis that moves in mysterious way and not whatever god you may believe in.

I'm guessing my delay is that I lost about 12 days because we sent in the wrong filing fee & it took a while to get my bio appointment.

Fingers crossed we have things moving our end soon, I have an interview on Friday for a job

Lets see. You where transfered to CSC on the 24th of Jan. Mine was transfered 4 days earlier. Hopefully if the work rate stays constant maybe by Tuesday next week?

Fingers, toes and whatever other appendages crossed for you.

Good luck with the interview.

I always ment to ask. How do people put their timelines at the bottom of all their posts.

I take it, there is a signature section and it is just updated manually.

Good luck!! What's the job? I also have an interview tomorrow...don't think I really want the job, as it's in insurance sales and it's in Ocala which is 60 miles away, but trying to keep an open mind - and anyway, it's experience :)
