i just went through the AOS timelines to answer my own question, using the following filters. visa adjusting from "K1" and only showing transferred cases (ie, no interview). (I looked at the first 70

hey congrats meggymo, that is such amazing news! sounds like your EAD will be soon too then. hope you celebrate tonight :)

kiwirst: i wasn't @ the same office as you, but they did not even ask me anything when i got to the office at around 10:30 AM why i was there 3 weeks early. perhaps it's worth just showing up at a time you think will be less busy and seeing what happens. it's easier for anyone to say no to a voice over the phone or to someone you've never met, rather than an actual person standing in front of you...

Thank you! I am hoping the EAD comes soon. It would be nice to be able to start working as soon as I get back from the Canadian vacation

Quick Question is the filing date the day that they receive the file or the day that i send the package...

Filing date is the date when you send your package.

Thanks for the advice, will be rocking up to the place later today. Yesterday went out & bought a bed & got confirmation that they are delivering by 1pm so as long as that gets in & settled I'll be going out to try my luck.

From the news on here they are moving things along for some, fingers crossed its a domino effect for everyone else.

Finally completed bio with a walk in yesterday. Super easy, plus no one was in there. In & out in 10 min. Guy doing it also said that they seemed to be speeding up the processes as well so good news.

Thanks to everyone for the advice, makes this process a whole lot easier with kindred spirits out there.

I still haven't had a CSC transfer, so looks like it will be the interview route for us. Not that fussed, so long as I find out when my interview is soon ;)

I was still in bed sick and bored yesterday so I was fiddling with my phone...it now makes a foghorn noise if it gets a text from USCIS ;) Not sure if that's a good idea or not, lol!!!
