Same here! My mom is booking our flight for us. That is our Christmas present :). I feel bad that I can't tell her when she can book it. She understands but every day she asks. I miss her so much and I hope I can be back with her soon.

Because there are more direct flights to ORD then MCI from Florida so the mail has more chances to get on an airplane to ORD.

I need some help filed for AOS in November17 but papers got returned for incorrect fee sent it back on Dec.12 got NOA3 dated Dec.16 so i am a December filer  . My question is i just heard from USCIS today and they sent me two RFEs one for medical which was expected but another one for my wife most recent tax return and i had wrote them with evidence that my wife only work part-time and making approx.3500 per year and her mom filed for her a dependent because she is a full-time student and lived with her at the time. i sent pay stub, W2s and a explanation and now they are asking for most recent tax return and or proof that she was not required to file a tax return wat to do help plz :help::( >>>>>> still haven't had or heard anything about biometric yet either :crying:

Before I say this, I would say your first stop should be to call USCIS to ask them what they will accept as proof. But I would imagine that you could send her mum's tax return as evidence that your wife does not need to file, as she is included on that return as a dependent?

How long did it take people here to receive their bio appointments? My NOA's were dated Dec 29th, touched Jan 3rd but nothing since.

It seems that most people hear something within 2-3 weeks, I know its only just on 14 business days since the 29th but the waiting is torture. Only so much daytime tv that I can stand!!!

I-751 Application - Nov 26, 2012.
NOA - Nov 27, 2012.
Bio Appointment Dec 31, 2012.
New Appointment Jan 8, 2013.

I-751 Removal of Conditions - Approved May 28 2013

Green Card Production notice - June 13 2013

Green Card Received - June 20, 2013

Citizenship Application - January 17, 2023

Ya we got ours in the same kind of time frame. I know it is hard but we are all still waiting too even after the bio. Who knows when we will get our stuff lol.

You can make an inquiry about with the USCIS but that usually doesn't make things happen any faster.

I hope you get it soon!
