Hi Guys --I am new to V.J . Is there anyone that filed a I-129F petition in Sept 2010 ? I filed a petition in sept and received my NOA 1 in Oct 5 . To date I have not received any further replies . How long does it take from receiving your NOA 1 to recieve your NOA 2 ? I just wish to plan ahead and give my fiance some answers --lol .I appreciate any replies .

-400 CITIZENSHIP TIMELINE

01-17-2015 = N-400 packet sent (to P.O. Box Dallas via USPS Priority Mail)
01-21-2015 = N-400 packet delivered
01/25/2015 = E confirmation / Text received

01/26/2015 = Check cashed .

02/02/2015 = NOA1 received (Priority Date 01/21/2015)
02/09/2015 = Biometrics Letter received .

02/18/2015 = Biometrics

02/20/2015 = In line for interview

04/10/2015 = Interview Letter received .

05/11/2015 =Interview .

05/11/2015 = Passed Interview
07/01/2015 = Oath letter received
07/24/2015 = Oath Cerememony

As of now VSC facing major slow down, thus Sept filers are projected to get their NOA2 sometime in February or might be later (in worst scenario).

the second notice NOA2 would be your approval (if there is no issue found on your application. if you don't receive any RFEs (request for further evidence) in say 3 months, then most likely your application is approved =)

I filed in early Sept at the CSC and received NOA1 Sept 16. Since then, I have heard nothing. I am expecting approval early February. Good luck to you.

08-22-2008 - Met my wonderful wife in the Philippines.
03-21-2010 - I proposed to her in the Philippines.
09-07-2010 - I-129F filed for K-1 Visa.
09-12-2010 - NOA1 confirmation email received.
11-02-2010 - I visitied the Philippines again.

02-07-2011 - NOA2 email recieved. Approved.
03-22-2011 - Case at USEM.

04-15-2011 - Interview Date. She passed.
05-01-2011 - POE

06-25-2011 - We were married.

-Life has been great ever since.
