Passport Size photo

I am confused about passport size photo is that 2x2 what mostly said here? I just have my passport size here in PI but the size is not 2x2 I think it is smaller would this be okay?

Hi Im pretty new here..but I have read alot of posts that they can be picky about passport photos and my friend got a RFE for his wife's not being the right size..so its better safe than sorry and possibly delay getting approved...

No, it's not ok. You need a U.S. style 2inch x 2inch passport photo. The Philippines passport photos are 3cm x 5cm. All of the photo shops that I've seen there are able to make the 2x2 US style photos, you just have to tell them what you need. USCIS will accept the 3cm X 5cm photos but the Consulates and medical facilities will not. Just ask for a visa photo in the 5cm X 5cm dimension. If they don't know how to do that, go someplace else until you find somebody who does.

for the visa, it is 2x2, colored w/ white background, not grayish so they don't send it back =)
