Help! AOS I-864 Document Cover Sheet, problem!

I was reading other threads about AOS checklist & they said Document Cover Sheet is needed for the AOS I-864 package.

I already paid the $88 AOS fee & I can see that the Payment Status is Paid since Dec.8, 2010

but when i tried to click [Print Document Cover Sheet] this error message showed,

"Server Error in '/CTRAC' Application."

Runtime Error

bla bla bla

And also I tried to click to email it to myself but I haven't receive anything.

Please help. Thank you so much!

PS.I already have the AOS Receipt printed out, the only thing I need now is the Document Cover Sheet then I will send my I-864 package by monday.

I don't know bout others but I am really confused with your question. AOS Adjustment of status? is that what you mean? $88 ???? AOS costs $1070 now and included i that would be your I-864 affadvit of support and AP and EAD and supporting documents

Try a different browser..hope it helps

Give'em a break. She wrote AOS right next to I-864, obviously she means Affidavit of support.

As LadyDare mentioned, you can try using a different browser. Possible browsers include Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera, and many others. Also try clearing out your cookies and temporary cache for your current browser. The help function in the browser should tell you how to do this.
