Harold... Fedex it cost me 45$ to send documents in a fedex envelope. this was 3 months ago. For majority of the documents i emailed them to my wife and it was cheaper to have her print them out. but for the documents that need signature i would just send those.. it came with a tracking number, and they called my wife when they were on their way.. hope it helps.. btw setup a fedex account no charge and they give you a discount

Goodluck

When I put together our K-1 Fianc(é)e visa petition for the USCIS, I actually made three copies of the entire petition package. I sent the first copy to the USCIS. I sent the second copy to Chinook in Bacolod. I kept the third copy for myself in case one of the first two copies was lost.

The copy I sent to Chinook included originals of all the receipts from my trip to the Philippines, as well as originals of other documents like phone bills, etc. I included originals because I read here on VJ that the consular officer possibly would ask to see them. He never did.

Each of the three petitions weighed more than three kilos. The petition package I sent to Chinook from Seattle to Bacolod via Fed Ex cost about $130 or so. :o It arrived in Chinook's hand in about four or five days, I can't really remember exactly.

Later, right before Chinook's interview, I sent Chinook my I-134 and it's accompanying financial documents. This package did not weigh much at all, and it cost $45 to send it via Fed Ex Three-Day Express. The package was sent from Seattle. Indeed, it arrived in Bacolod and it was in Chinook's hands in three days.

Immediately after Chinook's interview, I sent one single piece of paper to Chinook from Phoenix, Arizona to Manila via Fed Ex Three-Day Express. It cost me $40 and it arrived in Manila and was in Chinook's hands in three days. I can't complain about this $40 because it was my fault that I did not double-check my I-129. There was a box on page three of my I-129 that was not ticked...I think it was question #13. :bonk:

The consular officer noticed it during Chinook's interview, and told Chinook that she would be required to submit a new original before the Embassy would approve her visa. Chinook's interview was on a Monday, and she submitted another original page three of my I-129 on Thursday. She received her visa in Bacolod the following Wednesday or Thursday. :dancing:

just making sure, 3 to 4 days my fiance will recieve the documents i will send to her? OR 3 to 4 days it will arrive to philippines then send it to my fiance?

You need to ask Fed Ex that question, because it depends on where you send it from, what time of day you send it, whether you send it Three-Day Express or not, and exactly where you are sending it to.
