you know I have the same problem....our AOS was paid thru money order last Oct 2010 and its now Dec and we still haven't received any notification that it has been received by the NVC office.......I tried e-mailing NVC to inquire but until now they haven't responded. Im on the F2 category. If in case you have been notified that yours was accepted already, kindly share it here so I may have an idea on how long and whatever it is that is happening..I'll do the same thing.

thanks so much :)

I paid my I-129F application fee using a cashiers check. There did not seem to be any delays or problems. Infact, I believe I receieved NOA1 1 day ealier than someone else who mailed their application the same day.

i think paying for application to uscis is different in paying to nvc...in uscis the only way for paying is thru sending checks but on NVC, online payment and sending checks are the options,,online payment is the fastest way...when we se sent checks for our application to uscis we never have problem thats why its making me worried that theres no update on the payment yet...thanks james...:)
