RFE FOR NOT SUBMITTING PICS

WELL I KNEW IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IM REALLY MAD WITH NVC, FIRST BECOUSE THE THE TWO 2x2 PICS WERE SENT ORIGINALLY, BUT I CALLED TODAY FOE UPDATE AND THEY TOLD ME MISSING PICS NEED TO RESEND, THE AVR SAY THEY MAILED OUT LETTER ON 8TH, THE OPARATOR INFORMED ME THEY WILL SEND EMAIL AND TO WAIT FOR THIS BEFORE SENDING PICS, HERE IS MY QUESTION CAN I HAVE MY WIFE TAKE THE PICS THEN EMAIL TO ME,IN TURN CAN I DOWNLOAD ONTO CD AND TAKE TO PHOTOSHOP AND HAVE PRINTED INTO PASSPORT STYLE PIC? WILL NVC EXCEPT LIKE THIS, ALSO HOW LONG DOES THIS TYPE OF THING PUT US BACK ONCE THEY RECIEVE PICS, ANYONE BEEN THROUGH THIS TORTURE OF COMPLACENCY THAT NVC HAS DECIDED TO PUT UPON US. THANKS FOR ANY HELP

Yes, she can have pictures taken there and emailed to you. Just be sure that the face is shown properly and that the background is correct. Passport and Visa Photography Guide

Same thing happened to mine/ ours. I sent the whole packet to NVC myself (including the two 2x2 size photos) and one week later we received an RFE list asking/ requesting for my pictures and a copy of my passport.

Reason? It got lost! Ridiculous!!! So I sent in the requested documents and two weeks later our case was completed!

I agree, stop typing in all caps! Second, why are you mad? Third, and important, what was wrong with the photos? We are here to help but keep emotions in check. Remember that many thousands of us go through monthly without an RFE for a photo so something was missed. Have her take the correct photo, send a bmp file (much clearer) and you can print them at your US home on photo paper and it's the same as printing them there. BREATH my friend. Now is not the time to get mad, but to get focused.

At 32 my eyes are already "bad" therefore CAPS does not bother me at all. Kidding!

Why is he mad? Good question! He shouldn't be. In fact, he should be happy because getting an RFE indicates that their case is being processed!

If you have a photo printer try epassportphoto.com They do a really good job at printing passport style photos and you print it to your printer for free. Just cut and send.
