Our I-129f was approved yesterday and our I-130 was approved 8/10/06.

Una pregunta...My wife is from Venezuela and I am a U.S. citizen. We were married and have been living in Costa Rica since last year. Gathering docs. (ie birth certificates, police records, etc.) can be time consuming and I am trying to have as much as possilble ready befor they ask for it. Does anbody know what type of docs. we may need to be gathering ahead of time. Also, I may be returning to the U.S. to start work again and I am trying to anticipate any docs that I may need with my wifes signature so that I can print those out have her sighn them and take them with me. Thank ya'll for all your help. This web site has been so much more helpful than my attorney.

God Bless,

Chris and Mariana
