on my fiance's Letter Of The Bank says that my fiance has savings and checking accounts in his savings account he got 20 dollars only and in his checking account he got 15k, and he decide not to put the 20 dollars on I-134 question number 7 "i have on deposit in savings banks in th United States." he just leave it blank because its only 20 dollars. and he told me he can't put the 15k because its in checking account not in savings account. and his checking account always changing because he always go to ATM to withdraw some money or go to store use his ATM to pay the store.

my question is will the CO ask me why my fiance did not put the 20 dollars on I-134 question number 7?

will it going to be a problem are they going to ask me for another I-134?

can't we really put the 15k in his checking account?

answers, please.

Impatient much?

Question 7 on the I-134 asks how much money the petitioner has in his savings bank...not how much money is in his savings account.

The consular officer understands that people use their checking accounts to pay bills, and is not going to worry about a few hundred dollars discrepancy. Instead, the consular officer is going to be looking at the petitioner's current sustained income.

The correct answer for question 7 is: $15,020.

well i put how much i have in my checking and saving account all together.. i know it only state how much money you have in savings..

That's not what it says.
