HELLO VJRS,

I would like to ask regarding the employment of my fiance(petitioner) USC citizen,.Is it legal in USA that a self employed contract laborer can have a long term contract with the company who hired him for his service? Please to anyone who has idea help me.thank you so much.

Yes, since the tax-documents involved WILL be evidence of income.

yes its fairly common that 1099 workers are "self employed" but hold contracts with one company for a long time

Thank you Sergi9. He has 2 years contract.. now im so worried whats the current income will it be the pay slips of his new job or all pay slips he worked in the whole 2010 .
