I've skimmed the other HUGE CSC to TSC thread... Just wanted to clarify:

Some applications were transferred there to speed things up? I've got two outstanding with a filing date of June 29th and NOA1 of July 5th and both are still at TSC? (My 3rd which was filed only a few weeks before is already at NVC be/c it wasn't transferred to TSC)

Any July filers been approved?

Am I in for a long wait for the last 2?

Are later filers being approved at CSC and/or TSC and those that have July date just really unlucky??? If so, how is this fair? lol.

Thanks

GL to all

If you got 3 of them going on at the same time, I believe you can call USCIS and have them combined so that they stay together. ...instead of being separated. If I were you, from what I've read..I'd call and say that you're afraid your petitions got separated, and maybe they'll speed the other two up to catch up to the one you got in NVC.

my NOA1 date is July 2nd, we got totally screwed. 5 months and 8 days later, no NOA2...still in initial review. We were supposed to be transferred to TSC in order to clear their backlog so everyone could make the 5 months processing time, yeah....I dont think that worked so well. If we were still at CSC, we ALL would have been approved by now. Gotta love watching September filers get their approvals while we wait, wait, wait, and wait some more  Im happy I am not this unlucky with the rest of my life!

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

Keep the faith, everything works out for the very best

Hi: It looks like all the July filers who were transferred from CSC to TSC were mismanaged. I just saw that CSC is now approving October filers too. Although I can understand why people use positive thinking, it's not enough. After receiving both email and mailed letters from TSC that were mistakes, I think that something very strange is going on here. Given the order in which files are being processed and the mismanagment of the entire batch of files, I think that this is the time for action. So, who knows how long you have to wait. I agree that it may be better to contact USCIS as CanadianRedneck suggests. Good luck! Let us know how it works out.

My husband contacted his congressman and received word today that our file will be processed within 45 days and go to NVC in about 2 months.

In spite of all the email and letters we received from TSC, our congressman's office found that our file had never been touched.

Thankfully, our case is now moving forward. If all goes well, I'll be able to move to the USA at the end of October - just as if we had applied in November instead of July.
