Hi,

I came to US about a year ago, after meeting an american girl that came to my country with Peace Corps. We got married, but I was wondering if I can bring my sister to US before I get my Citizenship, because I would want her to start the college here in US.

Just to give you an idea, thats the filing timeline you will be working with.

No you have to be a US citizen to file and they are currently working on petitions from 2006.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
