My wife and I are absolutely stunned!! We just got our NOA2 (mail) from CSC after sending our petition in only 56 days ago. I would update our timeline but I need the admins to fix it for me and I can't seem to get their attention. Loto, I can't thank you enough for being attentive to my many questions. I know having previous experience in filing was very helpful and I plan to write it all down for everyone this weekend on how I prepared my package (it was essentially the same as the IR1/CR1) in case that was a contributing factor to expediting my case. We wish everyone going through CSC the same great luck! This has certainly been a early Christmas present and so totally unexpected.

Loto, thank you sir! I am so stunned! It certainly beats the 164 days in CSC when I filed for my wife six years ago! So now on to NVC. So how long should I wait before trying to find my case number? According to the NOA2, the notice date is 12/2. I was on travel this week and my wife stayed with friends so she only got the mail yesterday. Could have arrived anytime from Monday to yesterday. I understand I should be aggressive and call for the case number everyday until I get it, right? Again, thanks for all your help. Obviously, your guidance certainly helped a lot!

Just called, got a nice (polite) operator, said it hadn't arrived yet. Give it 10-15 days. I'll call again tomorrow. I want to take advantage of the Electronic Processing for Guangzhou. BTW, I can't find the fees I'll need to pay anywhere. Do you know what they are by chance?
