I got this status and email update after I called USCIS. I only called to ask/tell them I never received my "document" that they said they mailed to me. They said there was a mistake and they received my RFE already so no additional RFE was mailed. I asked if they had any idea on when my petition would be approved and they said no. So I was a little surprised when my status changed. I've called several times before and this didn't happen. My lawyer said he made no formal request for information for me. Anyone else got this status before? My lawyer said wait 30 days and then he will do a formal request for more info through his liason. What should I expect if anything from this status change?
