Looks good! Make sure that your tax returns are complete (including all W2s, schedules, etc). I also think you need proof of current employment for your co-sponsor (and sponsor if applicable), which is usually a letter from employer or 6 months of paystubs. Instructions from uscis are contradictory; the form itself says proof of current employment is not required, but the homepage to download the 864 form says all sponsors and co-sponsors must include proof of current employment. I recently tried to have a discussion about this contradiction and it didn't go far (just people saying "but the form says X"), so I don't know why such a contradiction exists.

I think VA has been slow... I've heard complaints about biometrics in Fairfax I think it was. Sorry! (Ours was slow too, ugh). Good luck!

AOS for my husband

Yeah I saw this on the website also. Since the actual form said it was not required, I didn't think to include it. Also, since my Joint Sponsor is a physician making close to $400k per year as evidenced by his 2007-2009 returns, I figured it would be less likely they would ask. :bonk:

I do have 1 question about I-864 question 24. I take it part e applies only if my income is being used in addition to the petitioner?
