Say what? When and where did he try that? Health care? By signing what in all essence amounts to the GOP health care reform proposal from 1993? Remember, the GOP plan that was put out then to defeat Clinton's health care reform effort? Look it up. The Kaiser Foundation has done a side-by-side of what passed in 2010 and what the GOP champoined in 1993. The GOP had most of their demands included into the bill and still opposed it all the way. That's bipartisan cooperation? Get real, man!
