Hi I just received my NOA2 yaaaay finally! The reason for this topic is im struggling to find a link which gives you all you need for packet 3. Can someone give me this link? Iv no idea what the IV15 thing is and cant seem to find it anywhere???

Please help if you can

First of all, congratulations!

Packet 3 varies by consulate, so it would be a good idea to check in the regional discussion branch for your consulate. Someone may have posted a checklist already or you can ask. Another place to look is in the downloads section of VJ. Go to "downloads" at the top of the page, then click on "K1 fiance(e) visa forms." The I-134, DS-156, DS-156K, and DS-230 are required by many consulates, so you can have a look at those to get an idea of what you will need to provide. But your consulate may have additional forms and/or not use all of those, so please also check the regional branch.
